Obey your spiritual leaders, and do what they say. Their work is to watch over your souls, and they are accountable to God. Give them reason to do this with joy and not with sorrow. That would certainly not be for your benefit.

When we are born into God's
family, it is not enough to just be born and not grow. Spiritual life,
as well as our physical life are more or less the same. We need
spiritual leaders in order to guide us in our growth into mature
Christians.
Since I've received Jesus as my Lord, I've had what I call as "spiritual mother". During the early stage, she would feed us with God's word like babies and as a mother who feeds her infant. I have seen how much time and effort she has placed on her three spiritual daughters. We see each other 3-5 hours a day, three times a week, she even would spend for some of our fare and food. Also, keeping in mind that she will not get paid for those endeavors - God is rewarding those who love Him.

Then I had in Dubai to work. Here, I have met another spiritual mother but on a different level. Back then we were treated like babies but now, I feel I am called by God to be raised as a leader. Slowly, I am wanting to be independent and desiring to have my own small group.

I am very blessed to have been given really great women and leaders in my life. But I personally believe that I am not called to be a follower only forever. As a mother myself, it feels really great like to see your child walk on her own and get to learn to be independent. Lots of souls are still lost. Lots of souls need to be cared for. Lots of spiritual babies are looking for caring spiritual mothers to help & assist them in their Christian life. Lots of people have not yet known the love God offered each of us. One day, I would get to lead my own group and I know that would bring joy not only to God but as well as to my spiritual leaders.
Don't forget how BIG you're blessed!
